Overview

Charlotte Stynen focuses on commercial and corporate law, including the drafting and negotiating of complex commercial contracts and a broad range of corporate transactions and restructurings, as well as litigation in these areas. Charlotte has worked for both small and midsize enterprises and multinational corporations in a variety of sectors, including transportation, real estate, banking, and technology. She has a particular interest in the fields of information technology, e-services, and collective (class) actions.
