Overview

A former practicing lawyer, Don brings almost 20 years of experience to his role as Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer. In his role, Don leads the firm’s talent management initiative, creating strategies and programs to maximize talent acquisition and development, improve diversity, and foster an equitable and inclusive work environment. Don oversees non-partner recruiting and professional development training and programming, including performance evaluations, non-partner compensation, and mentoring, sponsorship and coaching, ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion remain central to each of these efforts.

Don is a current member and past Chair of the Professional Development Consortium (PDC) Board of Directors and is an active member of the National Association of Law Placement (NALP) and the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals (ALFDP).

Crowell & Moring Earns Equality 100 Award in Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2025 Corporate Equality Index

Washington – January 10, 2025: Crowell & Moring has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2025 Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. Crowell joins the 765 U.S. businesses that will be honored with HRCF’s Equality 100 Award as Leaders in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion, marking the 14th consecutive year that the firm has earned 100 percent on the Corporate Equality Index.
