Washington – November 6, 2023: The Diversity and Flexibility Alliance has recognized Crowell & Moring with the “Tipping the Scales” award for having a diverse partner class consisting of 50 percent or more women. Crowell & Moring is among 78 firms to receive this honor in 2023 and this year marks the fourth year that the firm has been recognized.

“We are dedicated to building a strong and diverse pipeline of talent, through which all our lawyers can thrive and succeed,” said Don Smith, Crowell’s Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer. “Their success is a key metric of our success, and we will continue the work necessary to accomplish this goal.”

The Diversity and Flexibility Alliance is a think-tank working to create strategic, practical solutions around diversity and flexibility for law firms and other organizations. The award was presented at the organization’s annual conference, “Humanizing the Workplace.”
