Representative Matters
- Advised clients and other organizations on Congress’ various COVID-19 response and relief packages, including advocating for an expansion of the Paycheck Protection Program to include 501(c)(6) organizations.
- Represented a medical device manufacturer and distributor in advocating for the 2019 permanent repeal of the Medical Device Tax.
- Managed engagement strategy with Republican offices for successful 2015 effort to persuade Congress to create a $1 billion fund to compensate United States victims of state-sponsored terrorism. Managed 2019 Republican outreach in urging Congress to extend the life of the Fund and make other technical corrections.
- Leader of representation team for KidsVax, a New Hampshire company assisting states in managing universal vaccination programs, advocating for an amendment to TRICARE reimbursement policy as part of the 2017 and 2018 National Defense Authorization Acts.
- Led 2018 Congressional and Federal Agency advocacy campaign for Key Safety Systems in its $1.6 Billion acquisition of Takata Corporation, which required NHTSA and Committee on Foreign Investment in the US (CFIUS) approval.
