Luca Consalvi

While at Team Rubicon, a veteran-led humanitarian organization, Luca contributed to legislative strategies and engagements that saved and protected lives in some of the world's toughest environments. This includes partnerships to enhance maternal health, water sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) in Guatemala, as well as providing humanitarian assistance to Morocco after the 2023 earthquake. On Capitol Hill, he proved an effective advocate for additional aid for Ukraine and the passage of the Disaster Assistance Simplification Act.

Luca got his start in Washington with Congressman Conor Lamb (D-PA), first on his campaign and then in his Washington, D.C. office. Additionally, he supported the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office under Josh Shapiro, now governor of the state. In these roles, Luca gained experience in the legislative process and high-stakes litigation, including lawsuits against generic drug makers accused of market manipulation and anti-competitive practices.
