Representative Matters
Edwards Lifesciences, LLC, and EndoGAD Pty, Ltd. v. Cook Incorporated, Medtronic, Inc., Medtronic AVE, Inc., and W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc. (N.D. Cal. 2003–2009). Doug defended Cook in a patent infringement action filed by Edwards Lifesciences and EndoGAD concerning endovascular stent grafts for treating aneurysms. Cook won summary judgment of noninfringement and the district court entered judgment in Cook’s favor. The Federal Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the decision.
