Overview

Dave Kolker focuses his practice on employment discrimination disputes. He currently represents an over five-thousand member plaintiff class in the remedial phase of a Title VII class action. He also has extensive experience representing clients in general commercial and white collar litigation. His clients span numerous industries, including financial services, education, energy, and telecommunications.

Dave has an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in asylum and human trafficking proceedings.
