Overview

Crinesha B. Berry is a counsel in the Litigation Group and based in Crowell's Washington, D.C. office. Crinesha has successfully represented clients in arbitrations and state and federal courts. Her experience includes handling complex commercial disputes, such as healthcare fraud, trade secrets, and copyright infringement cases. Additionally, she has extensive experience in employment disputes, including enforcing non-solicitation and non-compete agreements.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Crinesha was a litigation associate at a Michigan-based law firm. She also previously represented clients in capital habeas corpus proceedings at the Middle District of Alabama Federal Defenders Program. Her extensive state and federal clerkship experience includes serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Jeanette J. Clark in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia and the Honorable Linda V. Parker in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
