Kevin Rubinstein
Overview
Kevin Rubinstein is a partner in the New York office of Crowell & Moring. He regularly represents investment banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, and other financial institutions in connection with a variety of direct lending transactions, as well as investments in syndicated loans in the secondary market. Kevin has experience representing both borrowers and lenders in a broad range of debt financings, including senior secured, first and second lien, unsecured, subordinated, and acquisition financings.

- Represented a private fund in connection with the formation of a real estate joint venture and financing of ongoing debt and equity investments in distressed commercial real estate properties.
- Represented a hedge fund in connection with a cross-border convertible notes financing provided to Pint Pharma Latin American pharmaceutical distributor.
- Represented a major nonprofit health insurer in connection with its entry into a senior secured delayed draw term loan facility in an amount up to $75 million to finance construction of a medical clinic.
- Represented Macquarie Bank Limited in connection with a senior secured delayed draw term loan facility provided to a subsidiary of CIG Wireless Corp. in an amount up to $150 million to finance the ongoing acquisition of communications towers and related assets.
