Partners Simon Evers and David Ramm lead the Corporate Group in our London office.   • Represented an American multinational independent investment bank on its acquisition of a privately-owned, Guernsey domiciled and regulated reinsurer.
  • Represented an American multinational independent investment bank as creditor in connection with the restructuring of a London financial institution.
  • Advised a Swiss family office on an English law-governed acquisition of an Italian insurance company at an enterprise value of approx. £20M.
  • Advising a Swiss insurer on the acquisition of the Italian operations of a specialty insurance and reinsurance provider.
  • Advising a U.S.-listed data analytics company on its acquisition of a UK provider of medical risk assessments for insurers.
  • Advised a leading European container shipping company on the disposal of its Brazilian cabotage business and on its global vessel sharing alliance.
  • Advised a private equity fund on its approx. £80M public takeover of a Guernsey-incorporated fund listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
  • Advising a U.S. private equity fund on acquisitions of receivables financing businesses in the UK and the U.S. at enterprise values of between £10M and £130M.
  • Advising a European infrastructure fund on its disposal of an Indian business.
