Overview

Robert Mantel has an active employment discrimination practice, and he also represents financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement, and government investigations. He has litigated cases in both federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.

Robert also has an active and extensive pro bono practice. He has represented clients in matters involving disability benefits, housing, unemployment insurance, and immigration status.

Robert served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. lrenas, Senior United States District Judge, in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
