Overview
Meredith is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, where she is a member of the Litigation Group. Meredith’s practice focuses on a wide range of commercial litigation, including employment, antitrust, higher education, and class action litigation. She also has experience with government investigations. She has a nationwide practice in federal and state courts, representing clients effectively as both plaintiff and defendant. Meredith has advised clients on pre-litigation issues, as well as handled complex fact and expert discovery and drafted dispositive motions.
