Overview

Meredith represents clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. Her nationwide practice focuses on a range of commercial litigation, including employment, antitrust, higher education, insurance, and class action litigation. She also has experience with government investigations.

Meredith is particularly experienced with drafting and arguing dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and declaratory judgment complaints. Her motions routinely result in favorable outcomes for clients. Meredith also advises clients on pre-litigation issues and complex factual and expert discovery.

Drawing on over a decade of service as a Naval Academy graduate and a Surface Warfare Officer, Meredith places high value on fostering a collaborative environment with her clients and legal teams at Crowell. Her proven work ethic ensures that she consistently drives toward client goals with a mission-oriented mindset.

Through her pro bono work, Meredith advocates for military veterans who are challenging discharge characterizations. She has also argued appellate constitutional claims on behalf of criminal defendants and has participated actively in successful legal asylum claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Meredith served as a law clerk for Justice William Montgomery of the Arizona Supreme Court for the 2022-2023 term. During law school, Meredith served as a student attorney in the Georgetown Appellate Litigation Clinic and co-authored criminal defense appellate briefs before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
