Overview

McKenzie Levicki is an associate in Crowell & Moring’s Denver office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. McKenzie advises public and private companies on a broad range of complex transactions and general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganizations, corporate governance and strategic relationships, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining the firm, McKenzie was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group of an international law firm, where she primarily represented clients in mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters. While attending the University of Michigan Law School, McKenzie served as the managing executive editor of the Journal of Law Reform.

Representative Matters

  • Represented an American health care company in a sale of assets related to its chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease management program to a value-based kidney care management provider.
  • Represented Trudell Medical Limited in its acquisition of assets comprising the respiratory diagnostics business and product line from Vyaire Medical in a Section 363 auction.
