Lidia Niecko-Najjum
Overview
Lidia Niecko-Najjum is a senior counsel in Crowell & Moring’s Health Care Group and is part of the firm’s Digital Health Practice. Lidia is a seasoned attorney and former clinician with over 15 years of clinical, policy, and legal experience. She provides strategic counsel to legal and business executives on digital health law, with particular focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning, data use and exchange, telehealth, FDA oversight, reimbursement, and fraud and abuse. Lidia also provides health care regulatory guidance for clients pursuing a range of corporate transactions. Lidia represents prominent clients including leading health technology companies, major health insurers, electronic health record vendors, and health systems and is experienced in working with fast-paced, cross-functional, global teams.
