Overview

Richard Yoon is a international trade specialist I in Crowell & Moring’s Washington, D.C. office. He provides practice support to the International Trade Group on unfair trade investigations including antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations, sunset reviews, and changed circumstance reviews before the Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission (ITC). He also supports import regulatory matters pending primarily before the Office of the U.S. International Trade Representative (USTR). He works closely with attorneys developing courses of action for clients impacted by investigations under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 and Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962. Richard has significant education and experience in trade data compilation and analysis.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Richard spent four years working as an anti-dumping duty consultant at a consultancy in South Korea, where he developed effective strategies for clients facing anti-dumping investigations, translating complex economic concepts into actionable responses.

Richard is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
