Karen A. Rosenthal

Karen has focused a majority of her litigation practice on serving as national coordinating counsel to several fortune 500 companies in toxic tort and products lability litigation. She has managed cases in both state and federal court across many jurisdictions and has served on trial teams for multiple trials. She is extensively engaged in all phases of the litigation process, including preparing corporate, fact, and expert witnesses for deposition and trial testimony, drafting significant motions and pleadings, leading internal investigations to develop the factual record, managing discovery, and ensuring trial readiness.

Karen also has a robust pro bono practice, assisting her clients in a variety of areas with a focus on immigration cases. Most recently, she has represented multiple clients and their families in pursuing affirmative asylum claims.

Prior to joining Crowell & Moring, Karen handled complex insurance coverage litigation for several major U.S. insurers and also provided counseling on various reinsurance matters.
