Jon Del Barrio

Jon focuses on discovery issues for complex state and federal litigation and government regulatory investigations, including matters before the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. Jon has developed significant experience in all phases of e-discovery, and has experience in data retention, preservation, collection, review, and production. Jon also works in tandem with the Practice Technology Group and third-party e-discovery vendors to leverage technology to streamline and optimize discovery for clients.

Jon has been involved in the discovery phase of a broad range of civil litigation and government investigation matters, including those involving product liability, intellectual property, and antitrust issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Jon was an attorney at Quinn, Emanuel, Urquhart & Sullivan focusing on e-discovery issues, including extensive work on depositions and motions practice. Jon also previously held in-house corporate management positions, where he was responsible for managing both domestic and international litigation.
