Joe seeks to drive continuous improvement and innovation to foster best practices and achieve the highest level of performance and efficiency in the firm's business operations.

Joe has more than 30 years of increasing executive management responsibility in the legal industry. Prior to joining Crowell, he served as Chief Operating Officer of two AmLaw 100 firms and previously, as Chief Financial Officer for two other national law firms. Joe holds an M.B.A. from Boston College and a B.S. from Northeastern University.
