Overview

Companies can rely on Giorgia Balboa’s support in relation to all aspects of dispute resolution - both within Belgium and cross-border. Her litigation experience includes numerous commercial litigation and banking issues, and she regularly assists clients during all the stages of court proceedings. In addition to contentious matters, Giorgia advises both Belgian and non-Belgian companies on their cross-border operations and on the drafting and reviewing of their commercial contracts. Clients appreciate her sharp eye for detail.

Giorgia is an associate at Crowell’s Brussels office and a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group, which focuses on international arbitration and commercial litigation.

Giorgia is multilingual and can communicate with clients in French, English and Tagalog.

Prior to joining Crowell in 2023, Giorgia assisted national and international clients from a broad spectrum of industry sectors while working in the Banking and M&A departments of other Belgian law firms.
