Geena’s practice focuses on complex and high-risk antitrust and commercial litigation disputes and government-facing investigations. She approaches her work with a distinct service-minded approach, working meticulously to align legal strategy with her client’s immediate and long-term business objectives. In addition to her legal work, she is a frequent contributor to the firm’s Federal Trade Commission (FTC) blog, which tracks FTC proposed rulemakings, orders, lawsuits, and other actions that impact corporations.
