Anna Gergely
Overview
Dr. Anna Gergely is a senior regulatory and scientific consultant in Crowell’s Energy and Environment and Natural Resources groups. Anna holds a PhD in analytical chemistry and quantum chemistry and is a registered European patent attorney. In her three-decade-long legal career, she has worked at the Brussels offices of different U.S. law firms in a senior attorney role for clients seeking regulatory compliance strategies in areas built on chemicals legislation such as REACH and the CLP. In addition, she is experienced with covering compliance of biocides, agro-biotechnology products, cosmetics, toys, batteries, food and feed and food contact materials, including sustainability and recycling issues for packaging and packaging waste, pharma ingredients, medical devices and a range of consumer and industrial products.
