Overview

As a member of the White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement Group, Anna represents clients in internal and government investigations and white-collar defense. Within this role, she has assisted clients in preparing voluntary self-disclosures and cooperating with federal agency investigators and officials. She has also advised clients on disclosures and investigations launched by the Bureau of Industry and Security, Department of Justice, National Security Division, and Securities and Exchange Commission.

In her litigation practice, she assists companies facing complex commercial disputes. Her work in this space includes representing clients in contract disputes and advising clients on pre-litigation issues.

In addition to representing firm clients, in her pro bono practice, Anna argued in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against two sentencing enhancements.

Prior to joining Crowell, Anna clerked for the Maryland Office of the Public Defender.

Anna received her J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where she was a member of the Howard Law Journal and a student attorney for Howard University’s Criminal Justice Clinic.
