The new Cyber Resilience: Incident Response Tabletop Exercises Q2 2024 addresses urgent challenges facing executives, including disruptive attacks by increasingly sophisticated criminal actors with well-publicized recent examples, as well as increasingly complex regulatory obligations.

Washington – February 8, 2024: Crowell & Moring’s Privacy and Cybersecurity Group has been named a Practice Group of the Year for 2023 by Law360.

New York – March 9, 2021: Crowell & Moring partner Evan D. Wolff served as co-chair for Columbia University’s New York Cyber Task Force as it released a new report calling for businesses and governments to work together to establish a national cyber response network. The report, “Enhancing Readiness for National Cyber Defense through Operational Collaboration,” details recommendations to create a “whole-of-nation” approach to combat malignant cyber activity and improve cyber readiness.

Washington – December 16, 2019: Crowell & Moring advised Humana Inc. on its proposed acquisition of Enclara Healthcare, one of the nation’s largest hospice pharmacy and benefit management providers, from Consonance Capital Partners. The Enclara acquisition provides Humana with the opportunity to extend its comprehensive care continuum strategy to cover the pharmacy-related needs associated with hospice care, simplify the mail order pharmacy experience, and advance its technology stack for in-home pharmacy through areas such as enhanced mobile medication management and improved electronic medical record (EMR) connectivity.

Washington – September 23, 2019: Evan D. Wolff, co-chair of Crowell & Moring’s Privacy & Cybersecurity Group, recently participated in the first annual Cyber Day on the Hill at the U.S. Capitol. The event was held by the Democratic Digital Communications Staff Association in partnership with the Congressional Tech Staff Association, and featured “Tech Talks” from leaders in information security and technology policy who trained staff on cutting-edge tactics to prevent cyber intrusions, social engineering hacks, and common data hygiene mistakes.
