We will also discuss compliance best practices and tips for employers in dealing with timekeeping, employee pay, and resolution of disputes.

In the second session on October 19, our panel will discuss litigation issues arising from class and collective action cases asserting wage-and-hour claims, including strategies for employers to implement early to avoid or minimize litigation pitfalls.
