This will be a special, two-part edition of Third Thursday. During the first session on September 28, we will focus on the recent statutory, regulatory, and case law developments regarding wage-and-hour issues for employers. We will also discuss compliance best practices and tips for employers in dealing with timekeeping, employee pay, and resolution of disputes.

In the second session on October 19, our panel will discuss litigation issues arising from class and collective action cases asserting wage-and-hour claims, including strategies for employers to implement early to avoid or minimize litigation pitfalls.
