Partner Cheri Falvey will speak on a panel titled “IoT Litigation—Identifying and Mitigating Risk ” on Friday, May 13 at 4:15 p.m. in which she will address product liability, privacy, contractual and other liability issues that arise when IoT devices cause harm or operate in ways not intended.

It will focus, in particular, on the Trump Administration’s policy objectives, how they will be implemented, and the legal and real-world impacts. By the date of the webinar, the new Trump Administration is expected to have issued its first Executive Orders, and there will be more clarity on their scope and content.
