Daily Journal Names Crowell & Moring to 2010 "Top Plaintiff Verdicts" List

Washington, D.C. - January 19, 2011: Crowell & Moring LLP is pleased to announce that the Daily Journal, considered to be California's largest print and online legal news provider, has named the firm's successful work for David Soward in David C. Soward, et al. v. The & Trust, et al., to the publication's list of 2010 "Top Plaintiff Verdicts: Top Impact." The arbitration matter, before the San Francisco American Arbitration Association, was based on claims of conversion and breach of fiduciary duty. Crowell & Moring's client ultimately recovered over $24.4 million. 

The firm's San Francisco-based team, included senior counsel Michael A. Kahn, partners J. Daniel Sharp and Ethan P. Schulman, and associate Steven E. Wilson.
