Goo is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried numerous cases in the areas of complex commercial litigation, trademark infringement, unfair competition, trade secrets, and consumer class action. She has more than 20 years of experience handling IP, complex commercial litigation, and class action disputes. Goo has litigated and tried cases involving trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, unfair competition, false advertising, and consumer class actions, as well as general business and complex commercial litigation matters, including fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.  

Goss is a first-chair trial lawyer with 30 years of experience who focuses on intellectual property matters, as well as large complex commercial matters. His practice in IP litigation matters centers around trademark infringement, copyright infringement, patent infringement, trade secrets, defamation, licensing, and right of publicity claims. Goss has both obtained and defeated requests for temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and seizure orders under the Trademark Act. He has tried cases to verdict in most of these areas.
