Crowell & Moring Lawyers Named to Leadership Council on Legal Diversity 2021 Fellow and Pathfinder Programs

Washington – February 19, 2021: Crowell & Moring counsel Michelle Pham has been selected as a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s 2021 class of Fellows. In addition, associates Helen Osun and Chris Garcia have been named to the LCLD 2021 class of Pathfinders. The Fellows and Pathfinders programs are widely considered two of the most comprehensive legal talent development programs in the nation.
The LCLD Fellows Program is a landmark program created to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. The LCLD Pathfinders Program works to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.

Crowell & Moring is a longstanding member of LCLD and over the past decade has sponsored its partners, counsel, associates, and summer associates in a variety of pipeline programs that have provided leadership training and development for its diverse talent. In addition to the Fellows and Pathfinder programs, the firm is a regular participant in LCLD’s 1L Scholars and Success in Law School Mentoring programs.
