Crowell & Moring Attorneys Named to Leadership Council on Legal Diversity 2020 Fellow and Pathfinder Programs

Washington – February 20, 2020: Crowell & Moring attorneys Lauren Aronson and Roma Sharma have been announced as members of The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s 2020 class of Fellows and the 2020 class of Pathfinders, respectively, two of the most comprehensive legal talent development programs in the nation.

The LCLD Fellows Program is a landmark program created to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession, while the LCLD Pathfinders Program works to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.

“We are thrilled to have Lauren and Roma participating in these programs,” said Ellen Moran Dwyer, chair of the firm’s executive committee and current chair of LCLD. “The firm is deeply committed to fostering our diverse talent and helping them to thrive within our inclusive culture.
