Crowell & Moring’s International Trade Group Named a Law360 Practice Group of the Year

Crowell & Moring’s International Trade Group has been named a Practice Group of the Year for 2023 by Law360.

This year marks the fifth year that Crowell’s International Trade Group has been recognized by Law360 with this distinction. The practice is known for providing sophisticated advice and cross-disciplinary counsel to clients. With experienced lawyers practicing around the globe, the firm is well-positioned to provide advice and counseling, dispute resolution, and litigation counsel on emerging trade issues worldwide, including matters related to customs, export sanctions, trade remedies, market access, national security, and forced labor.

In a profile about the group, Law360 reported that the firm “saw success on both sides of the Atlantic this year, with its attorneys successfully representing Indian steel importers in a trade matter involving dozens of European enforcement agencies and winning the quick remand of American steel anti-dumping duties.”

The group was recognized in part for its successful representation of a Siemens subsidiary’s challenge to an anti-dumping investigation into wind towers from Spain, India, and Malaysia. Additionally, in Europe, the group represented Maxim Tubes through a 4-year antidumping anti-circumvention investigation resulting in a favorable finding for our client and their EU importers.
