Brussels – June 27, 2023: Crowell & Moring was honored with two awards: “Impact Case of the Year in Belgium” and “Impact Case of the Year in Europe” by Managing IP. The firm also won an Impact Case of the Year in Europe for work alongside Fencer on Impexeco NV v Novartis (2022), which centered on a trademark dispute before the Belgian courts with firm client Novartis up against parallel import companies Impexeco NV and PI Pharma, concerning the repackaging and rebranding of generic medicinal products into reference medicinal products.
