Crowell & Moring Represents Flex in JetCool Technologies Acquisition

San Francisco– Dec. 11, 2024: A Crowell team successfully advised Flex (NASDAQ: Flex), a multinational end-to-end manufacturing company, on its recent acquisition of JetCool Technologies, a prominent liquid cooling company for data centers based in Littleton, Massachusetts.

The acquisition, which builds on a partnership established between the two companies at the 2024 OCP Global Summit, combines JetCool Technologies’ advanced cooling technologies with Flex's expertise in IT and power infrastructure, global manufacturing, and vertical integration. This collaboration is expected to facilitate the deployment of AI servers at scale, improving performance, efficiency, and sustainability across AI workloads and high-performance computing.

JetCool Technologies, founded in 2019, specializes in liquid cooling solutions that support hyperscale, enterprise, colocation, and semiconductor customers. Flex Ltd provides comprehensive technology innovation, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions to diverse industries and end markets.
