Washington – February 19, 2025: Leadership Council on Legal Diversity has selected partner Randa Adra as a member of its 2025 class of Fellows. In addition, associate Tiffany Aguiar and counsel Derick Dailey have been named to the LCLD 2025 class of Pathfinders.
LCLD's landmark Fellows and Pathfinder programs are designed for high-potential, mid- and early-career attorneys, respectively, from diverse backgrounds and at LCLD Member organizations. The goal of both programs is to provide participants with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, leadership skills, and career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice. Once completed, the programs boast a national alumni network of 4,000+, offering national, regional, and local opportunities for networking and substantive leadership-development training.
- Adra is a partner in Crowell & Moring’s International Dispute Resolution and Litigation groups, serving as a strategic advisor on international commercial and investment arbitration matters under the rules of all major arbitral institutions and across a broad spectrum of industries.
- Aguiar is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust & Competition and Advertising & Media groups, represents clients in matters related to investigations brought by the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general. She is also a litigator with a practice that focuses on representing Fortune 500 companies across various industries in complex antitrust litigation.
- Dailey is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group based in New York. A former federal prosecutor, Dailey represents clients facing state attorneys general inquiries and investigations, as well as in complex commercial litigation and investigative matters.
Crowell is a longstanding member of LCLD, with a consistent history of involvement and leadership. Throughout our membership, we have sponsored high-potential and diverse cohorts of partners, counsel, associates, and summer associates in a variety of pipeline programs that have provided leadership training and development opportunities. Chahira Solh, chair of Crowell’s executive committee, is an alumna of the Fellows Program, and Ellen Dwyer, who has served in several senior leadership positions at Crowell, is chair emeritus of LCLD’s board of directors. In addition to the Fellows and Pathfinder programs, the firm is a regular participant in LCLD’s 1L Scholars and Success in Law School Mentoring programs and earned LCLD’s Top Performer and Compass Awards for our consistent engagement in LCLD in 2024.
