Children’s Law Center Recognizes Crowell & Moring with 2022 Pro Bono Champion Award

Washington – September 22, 2022: Children’s Law Center recognized Crowell & Moring with the 2022 Pro Bono Champion award in recognition of the firm’s longstanding commitment to pro bono and partnership with the organization. The award was presented at a benefit on September 20, 2022, in Washington, D.C. Crowell & Moring is one of only a few firms that have been honored twice with the Champion award in the Children’s Law Center’s history.

Inglima. “It is particularly meaningful to be recognized by an extraordinary organization like Children’s Law Center, one of the premier nonprofits in the city, and the gold standard for legal services organizations in the country.”

Almost 100 lawyers from the firm have worked with Children’s Law Center on 200 matters. Working with Children’s Law Center, Crowell attorneys have helped parents secure necessary housing repairs to improve children’s health, provided critical research regarding a change in special education law that helped to inform Children’s Law Center’s advocacy on behalf of parents, and assisted with numerous complex family law matters serving as guardians ad litem or helping parents and caregivers increase stability for kids.
