Crowell & Moring is pleased to announce the launch of our Government Contracts Breakfast Series. All of the sessions will be held in Northern Virginia and focus on issues most important to government contractors. Our April session is described below.


Significant recent changes within the Defense Security Service and other NISP-related agencies continue to foster uncertainty. Please join us for a discussion about these changes and the current state of play regarding facility and personnel clearances; foreign ownership, control and influence (“FOCI”) mitigation; and related security concerns affecting contractors operating in the national security space.


We will provide a CLE certificate of attendance and other materials to use in seeking continuing education credits.
