Dispute Resolution

• Represented a leading global car rental company in litigation regarding a possible acquisition of a Belgian competitor.
• Assisted a private shareholder in a building and land development company to reach settlement in a shareholders’ dispute concerning various groups of companies and co-owned properties.
• Managed a shareholders’/directors’ dispute for a manufacturer of marine vessel equipment.

Contract drafting and negotiation

• Advise and assist the Belgian association of dealers of a German car manufacturer in all its contract negotiations with the manufacturer.
• Advise and assist the European association of dealers of a German car manufacture in its most important contract negotiations regarding EU wide template agreements.
• Drafting and negotiation of several complex agreements in the telecom sector for a Belgian Telecom operator (e.g. full MVNO agreements, international roaming agreements, roof right licenses).
• Contract negotiations, on behalf of the stakeholders united in securing the legal supply chain from falsified medicines, with three candidate suppliers of the EU wide national software platforms for the medicines verification system under the Falsified Medicines Directive.
• Drafting of manufacturing and supply contracts, and research and development contracts for a client in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Review and negotiation of several lease agreements and service agreements for a provider of flexible office spaces.
• Successfully assisted a US multinational in its negotiations with Nato in view of an amicable termination of the contractual relationship.
