Overview

Cameron Beddard is a counsel in the firm's Intellectual Property Group. His practice includes patent prosecution and patent litigation, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications, handling patent appeals, pre-appeal brief requests for review, reissues and other proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, providing infringement opinions and validity opinions, and litigating patent and antitrust cases.

Cameron's practice encompasses a wide range of electrical, mechanical, and computer technologies, including automotive systems and controls, telecommunications, consumer electronics, navigation systems, radiation imaging, audio and video coding/decoding, fuel cells, cryogenic systems, aircraft systems, riveting machines, photovoltaic devices and semiconductors.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Cameron worked as an electrical engineer for the Department of Defense.
