The Singapore office of C&M International/Asia LLP* advises global businesses on the fast-evolving policy and regulatory landscape across Asia. The Singapore office serves clients throughout Asia, connecting their policy and commercial priorities to global issues evolving in Washington, Brussels, London, and beyond.

And beyond its traditional trade policy and supply chain analysis capabilities, the team has a growing portfolio related to sustainable infrastructure development and public-private sector collaboration to address the global environmental challenge around plastic marine debris.

Singapore-based Clark Jennings (Managing Director, Asia) heads C&M International’s operations in the region. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, he served as policy advisor at the National Economic Council of the Obama White House, where he helped coordinate the president’s trade agenda. In addition, he served as chief of staff at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. Clark’s work at C&M International focuses on digital transformation and data governance, international trade policy, and other emerging policy issues across Asia.
