Christopher Wilson is a senior director with C&M International, Ltd. (CMI), an international trade and investment consulting firm affiliated with Crowell & Moring LLP.

Christopher is in his second stint at CMI, rejoining the firm in April 2012 following twelve years in a variety of senior positions at the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR).

Christopher completed his tenure at USTR as Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for WTO and Multilateral Affairs. In this position, he oversaw U.S. engagement at the World Trade Organization (WTO), and concluded an 18-year negotiation on the terms of Russia's accession to the WTO. He spent two years coordinating U.S. trade policy towards the European Union and the Middle East as the Assistant USTR responsible for those regions. He specialized in the trade policy dimensions of intellectual property rights (IPR) from 2006-2008, focusing in particular on the intersection between IPR and public health issues. From 2002-2006, Christopher represented USTR at the United States Mission to the European Union, in Brussels.

Christopher's early career included eight years with the U.S. Foreign Service, with assignments in Africa and Southeast Asia. He is a graduate of Georgetown University.
